Numbers you can trust.
Approved spend, charted on the dates that matter, with insights that explain what moved.
How it works
From approved documents to a chart.
Step 1
Approved spend only
Only what an admin has approved counts. Nothing pending, nothing rejected.
Step 2
On the document date
Charts sit on the date printed on the receipt or invoice, not the day it was uploaded.
Step 3
Seven charts
Over time, by category, by type, VAT, vendors, people, mileage.
Step 4
Insights that explain
Sciro finds what moved. The AI explains it, and never writes a number.
Charts
Where the money went.
Four headline figures, then the spend from every angle.
Over time
Approved spend by day, week, month or quarter, whichever fits the period you pick.
Where it goes
By account code, by supplier and by document type: receipts, invoices, mileage.
Who spends
Reimbursements and mileage by person. Supplier invoices stay out of it.
Insights
What moved, and why.
Sciro computes the evidence. The AI reads it and explains, in plain words, what changed.
- Shares, changes against the previous period, the biggest movers: all computed in code.
- The AI ranks and explains them, citing the evidence. It never detects and never calculates.
- A sentence you can read out in the month-end meeting.
Honest by design
A figure the evidence does not hold cannot appear.
The rules that make the numbers safe to repeat.
Nothing invented
Every figure is computed in code from your approved documents. An insight that cites anything else is dropped.
Names stay home
People are pseudonymised before the model sees the evidence, and their names are restored on the way back.
Enough to say
Insights wait for ten approved documents, and compare periods only when the previous one has enough.
Part of one workflow.
Everything in SciroAnalytics reads the same approved documents as expenses, invoices and reconciliation. Nothing to export, nothing to re-key.
Common questions
Who can see analytics?
Admins, and anyone an admin gives analytics access. Finance, usually.
What counts as spend?
Receipts, invoices and mileage an admin has approved, placed on their document dates. Pending and rejected claims are not in it.
Which periods can I look at?
Seven days, thirty, ninety, six months, a year, or your own dates. Buckets adjust to the span.
What are the headline figures?
Total spent, documents, average per document and VAT reclaimable, for the period you chose.
Does the AI make up numbers?
No. Sciro computes shares, changes and the biggest movers in code. The AI ranks and explains them, citing that evidence, and an insight citing anything else is dropped.
How current are the insights?
They refresh when the approved spend changes, and daily regardless, so a result never looks frozen.
