Breathe supplies people and leave information. Microsoft 365 supplies invoices and receipts from your email inbox. Xero supplies account codes and contacts to Sciro. Documents are reviewed and approved in Sciro, then sent back to Xero as bills with the original documents attached. The accounting connection works in both directions.

For accounting, Sciro brings in information such as your chart of accounts and sends approved records back. Email and HR connections supply information to Sciro for their specific workflows. Each connection has its own permissions and behaviour.
Yes. Your team can upload receipt photos, images and PDFs directly to Sciro. Connecting email or an HR system is not the only way information enters the product.
