Documents stay in private storage.
Uploaded documents are held in private storage and accessed through links that expire. Data is encrypted in transit.
AI reads. It does not train on your content.
Sciro uses an AI service to extract information from receipts and invoices. Our privacy policy sets out that your content is not used to train the provider’s models.
Decisions leave a record.
Audit logging records key actions. Approval records help your team understand what happened and who was involved.

You can request an export before deletion. Some records may need to be retained by law, and deleted database records may remain in disaster recovery backups for up to seven days, as described in the DPA.
